2. Contractor Responsibility & Independent Use
HydraSoy is sold to independent contractors and professionals who are solely responsible for:

3. No Warranty & No Guaranteed Results
HydraSoy is provided “as-is” and “as-available.”
HydraSoy makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

No guarantee of specific results or performance

No guarantee of leak prevention

No guarantee of waterproofing

No guarantee of structural improvement

No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Any statements regarding potential benefits are general expectations, not guaranteed outcomes. Results may vary depending on roof age, condition, climate, application quality, and environmental factors.
4. Not Suitable for Certain Roofs
HydraSoy should not be applied to roofs with any of the following conditions:

Rotting decking or structural weakness

Severely cracked, curled, or brittle shingles

Missing shingles or major damage

Exposed fiberglass mat or extreme granule loss

5. No Liability for Contractor Use or Customer Claims
Because HydraSoy does not control application methods or workmanship, HydraSoy is not liable for:

Unsafe roof practices or jobsite accidents

Roof damage caused by contractor actions

6. Limitation of Liability

HydraSoy, including its owners, affiliates, partners, and suppliers, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of:

Contractors are responsible for proper handling, storage, mixing, and safety precautions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including branding, text, graphics, and product information, is owned by HydraSoy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
